Changelog

What's new in ReplyMill — recent features, improvements, and fixes.

  1. Site-wide SEO & AEO foundation

Sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt, Open Graph, and structured data are now live across every marketing page. New comparison pages, an integrations hub, and this changelog.

    Added

    • Site-level discoverabilitysitemap.xml, robots.txt, and a curated llms.txt (plus a dynamic llms-full.txt) so search engines and LLM crawlers can map the site cleanly.
    • Open Graph + Twitter cards — every marketing page now generates a branded social preview image.
    • JSON-LD structured dataSoftwareApplication, FAQPage, Product, BlogPosting, HowTo, TechArticle schemas across home, pricing, blog, and docs.
    • Comparison pages/compare/intercom, /compare/plain, /compare/linear-customer-requests, /compare/zendesk.
    • Integrations hub/integrations with dedicated landing pages for Gmail and Slack.
    • Changelog — this page.

    Improved

    • Canonical URLs on every marketing route.
    • Apple touch icon and PWA-style icon convention removed for the B2B desktop audience.
  2. Slack app uninstall handling

When a workspace uninstalls the ReplyMill Slack app, we now disconnect cleanly so threads don't try to post into a dead channel.

    Fixed

    • ReplyMill now handles the app_uninstalled event from Slack and disconnects the workspace cleanly. Previously, threads would attempt to post into a channel that no longer existed and leave the conversation in an unclear state.

    Improved

    • Reconnecting a workspace after uninstall is now a clean flow with no leftover stale tokens.
  3. Product preview and home page polish

The home page now shows what the product actually looks like, plus accessibility, screenshot, and copy improvements throughout.

    Added

    • Product preview on the home page — an inline mock of the inbox showing how bugs and requests cluster.

    Improved

    • Home page copy and layout refinements.
    • Accessibility issues fixed across the marketing site (contrast, focus states, keyboard nav).
