Re-tag the type or team of any thread — and it moves in Slack

When a signal lands in the wrong channel or with the wrong team, fix it from the web details panel or right inside Slack. The thread moves to the correct channel and the new team gets @-mentioned.

Added

  • Re-route by type — flip a thread's Support / Bug / Request labels and ReplyMill posts a fresh card in the channel that matches the new type. The original Slack message gets a "Moved to #new-channel" banner so anyone still watching the old thread knows where the conversation went. Future replies and the daily digest follow the new channel automatically.
  • Reassign the team from the details panel — the Team field in the right-hand details panel is now a dropdown. Pick any team (or Unassigned) and the new team gets @-mentioned inside the Slack thread so they're actually notified.
  • "Change Type" and "Reassign Team" buttons on every Slack thread card — fix mis-classification and re-route ownership without leaving Slack. The Change Type modal pre-fills the current labels so you toggle deltas; the Reassign Team modal lists every team in your workspace.

How to use it

  • Web — Open any thread, look in the Details panel on the right. The Type toggles already moved threads in the daily digest; now they move the thread immediately. The Team field is no longer read-only.
  • Slack — On any thread card, the action row now has 🏷️ Change Type and 👥 Reassign Team alongside the existing Draft Reply / Mark Resolved buttons.
