Connect multiple support inboxes to one ReplyMill

Forward from as many support@ addresses as you want. Each gets its own verification, its own Reply-To on outbound, and a heads-up when forwarding stops flowing.

Added

  • Multiple forwarding addresses per workspace — point support@a.com, help@b.com, and any other inbox at the same ReplyMill address. Each one tracks its own confirmation, verification, and health independently.
  • Per-thread Reply-To — outbound replies go out as the address the customer actually emailed. A customer who wrote to support@a.com sees responses come back from support@a.com, even if your workspace also forwards help@b.com.
  • "No mail in 14 days" health flag — if forwarding silently stops on a connected inbox (someone disabled it in Gmail, the rule got deleted), the integration page calls it out so it doesn't quietly bit-rot.

Fixed

  • Linking a second forwarding inbox after the first was already verified used to silently swallow Gmail's confirmation email — the "Confirm forwarding" button never appeared and you couldn't complete setup. Confirmations now surface per address, even after the workspace is already active.
  • Stale confirmation prompts no longer linger on the integrations page after you finish setup — they age out automatically.

How to use it

Go to Settings → Integrations → Email, copy your forwarding address, and set up a Gmail forwarding rule from any additional inbox you want connected. The confirmation flow runs once per address; each one shows up in a list with its own status.
