Handle customer support
without leaving Slack.
Every incoming customer message lands in your team's Slack channel as a structured thread — full context, AI-drafted reply, one-click send. Engineers fix bugs, ReplyMill handles the prose.
What the Slack integration does
- Each support email becomes a threaded Slack card with the full conversation
- Route different request types (bugs, requests, billing) to dedicated channels
- Engineers reply directly in the thread — no separate dashboard
- AI draft of the customer reply attached to every thread
- One-click send: ReplyMill writes the polished email and ships it
- Status updates (open / replied / closed) sync back to ReplyMill
Route requests to the right channel
ReplyMill auto-classifies each incoming message — bug, feature request, billing, generic — and posts it to the channel you pick. Bugs to #eng-support, feature requests to #product-feedback, billing to #ops. No more single #support channel that nobody wants to watch.
How setup works
Install the Slack app
From the ReplyMill dashboard, click Connect Slack and authorize the workspace.
Pick your channels
Choose which Slack channel receives each type of request. Defaults to a single channel; route per-type when you're ready.
Reply in thread
Incoming customer messages appear as cards. Reply directly to the thread — ReplyMill sends the polished email to the customer.
Detailed steps are in the Slack setup guide.
