Support email from Gmail,
replied to from Slack.
Point a Gmail address at ReplyMill and every customer message appears in your team's Slack channel — with the full thread, grouped against similar requests, and an AI-drafted reply ready to send.
What the Gmail integration does
- Forward incoming support email from any Gmail or Google Workspace inbox
- No OAuth scopes or API keys — just standard Gmail forwarding
- Threads conversations automatically, so replies match the original customer
- Routes parsed messages into the Slack channel your team already uses
- AI drafts a customer-facing reply from your engineer's response
- Outbound mail goes back from your branded support address (e.g. support@yourcompany.com)
How setup works
Get your ReplyMill address
Create a company in ReplyMill and you'll get a unique forwarding address like yourcompany@in.replymill.com.
Set up Gmail forwarding
In Gmail Settings → Forwarding, add your ReplyMill address. Verify and enable forwarding for incoming support email.
Reply from Slack
Incoming messages appear in Slack with an AI draft. Edit in-thread and click Send to reply to the customer.
Detailed steps with screenshots are in the Gmail setup guide.
Works with Google Workspace
Google Workspace and personal Gmail are configured the same way. Workspace admins may need to enable forwarding in the Admin Console under Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → End User Access.
